Hi, I'm Lisa! Welcome to the LightUp Community.
I started this community because I wanted to create a way to make exercise both effective and fun. I believe that movement is medicine and if we can get out of our heads for a moment and into our bodies, we can feel better.

As a lifelong group exerciser and an instructor with over 15 years of experience, I am able to create workouts that are challenging, fun and will give you the results you are looking for.
My favorites are my 3 kids and husband, being near oceans and lakes, watching sunrises and sunsets, dancing and singing loudly and terribly with friends, learning and reading, deep talks, traveling to new places, and the feeling of creating joy in each day.
